Let’s move on to the Highlights of the 4th Public Offering.
We completed the 4th global public offering and raised ¥31.7 billion in December 2016. Combined with acquisitions in the 10th period, we acquired seven properties of ¥62.5 billion in aggregate in association with this offering. In detail, we acquired four office properties and three Urban Retail Properties of ¥51.1 billion and ¥11.4 billion, respectively.
Out of the seven properties, three properties were acquired from the sponsor, another three from third parties through one-on-one negotiation, and the last property was also from a third party through limited auction. We managed to achieve external growth even in difficult market conditions by utilizing the asset managers’ own channel.
In addition, we employed new marketing methods of net roadshow and management calls in Japan and abroad, to raise the profile of our equity story as early as possible.
By taking these measurements, we succeeded in attracting robust demand and expanding the investor universe mainly among overseas investors.
