We have acquired properties with an aim to build a high-quality portfolio with stability and growth potential.

We acquired total seven properties in the 10th period and onwards: specifically, four office buildings such as Shiodome Building, Umeda Gate Tower, A-PLACE Gotanda Ekimae and A-PLACE Bashamichi, and three Urban Retail Properties located in Greater Shibuya Area such as A-FLAG BIJUTSUKAN DORI, A-FLAG KOTTO DORI and A-FLAG DAIKANYAMA WEST. All of these properties are consistent with our portfolio composition policy, as they are highly competitive and have stability and growth potential.

Our acquisition policy is focusing on properties with upside potential and without restricted by the current level of NOI yield, we aim to enjoy future internal growth.
