Next, I would like to introduce the balance sheet as of the end of the 10th period.
Total assets was ¥371.6 billion, total liabilities was ¥194.6 billion and total net assets was ¥177.0 billion.
Major changing factors were the acquisition of three properties from the third parties and associated new borrowings during the 10th period.
Unrealized gains in the portfolio have also increased to ¥54.2 billion, by ¥7.1 billion from the 9th period.
