I would like to explain the overview of the second public offering which has been completed last December.
This offering is subsequent to the first public offering in December 2013. We financed approximately ¥24.7 billion and acquired three properties of ¥41.0 billion, including "Shiodome Building", "Osaka Nakanoshima Building" and "Market Square Sagamihara".
Through this offering, we believe we could achieve improving our unitholders' value as well as DPU through continuous expansion of our asset size and raising the quality of our portfolio.
We will strive for continuous improvement of our unitholders' value through stable and firm management.
