Thank you very much for taking time to come to the briefing on the financial results for the 13th fiscal period ended May 2018 of Activia Properties Inc. I am Kazushi Sato, Chief Division Officer of the Activia Management Division of TLC REIT Management Inc.
First of all, please allow me to introduce myself briefly. I joined Tokyu Land Corporation in 1987, and started my career in urban development business, mainly in office buildings.
From 2009, I started to be engaged in formation of real estate funds and REITs, financing, property acquisition and support for disposition. And for the last three years, I have gained experience in management of retail properties at Tokyu Land SC Management.
And now I am given a great opportunity to draw on my previous experiences, which are closely related to REITs business, in order to enhance of our unitholders’ value. I look forward to work with you.
Then, I would like to start my explanation on our financial results for the period ended May 2018.
