The latest AUM has reached to ¥431.5 billion with 42 properties through flexible acquisition of property by conducting 5 times POs and borrowings.
Although the acquisition environment is still severe, we further aim to acquire properties, identifying high potential properties promising further growth and making sure no opportunities missed, with fully utilizing the sourcing from Sponsor Group as a J-REIT supported by a comprehensive developer.
