On page 15 & 16, I would like to refer to our continuous effort for ESG.
With respect to effort to sustainability, API has awarded environmental certificates such as GRESB Real Estate Assessment for over half of its existing portfolio.
At the bottom right, ”Yasai-no-mori (garden of vegetables) Project” in Tokyu Plaza Omotesando Harajuku is presented. Through organizing different projects such as this, we will take initiatives for communication with local societies.
