On page 13 and 14, I would like to introduce our different initiatives toward API’s continual growth.

Please see the right side of page 13.
At present our asset management company holds approximately 95 officers and employees, and latest market reviews lectured by external specialist are regularly organized for them.

Also, with the purpose of enhancing partnership with counterparties in addition to improving motivation of persons in charge, API conducts awarding programs toward two of our PM companies which are Tokyu Community and Tokyu Land SC management to honor persons with notable achievement.
