Next I would like to refer to the trends in the aggregate appraisal value of our portfolio and NAV per unit.
As explained in the previous page, the aggregate appraisal value at the end of the period ended May 2018 stood at ¥504.987 billion in total 42 properties with a ratio of unrealized gain of 17.2%.
NAV per unit at the end of the period ended May 2018 recorded ¥426,311, the highest figure ever, increased by ¥9,201 from the end of the previous period, which proves that maximization of our unitholders’ value is boosted.
