This page introduces Tokyu Fudosan Holdings Group, our Sponsor.

In May 2017, they dressed ”Medium-Term Management Plan” and deemed expansion of associated assets including REIT business as an essential part of the policy.

At present, Tokyu Group including our Sponsor Group is promoting a suite of once-in-a-century redevelopment projects in Shibuya central area.

Large-scale projects will be completed in succession in coming year or two, such as Shibuya Stream in FY 2018, Nanpeidai Project, Dogenzaka 1-chome Shibuya Station Front District, and Shibuya Scramble Square East Tower in FY2019.

With leasing activities advancing steadily, principally toward highly growing IT companies such as Google which will rent the whole office area of Shibuya Stream, we believe that our continuous supply of offices will lead further market activation.

Sponsor Group is planning also different development projects other areas than Shibuya, in line with their basic policy of expansion of associated assets. We will continue discussion with them about property contribution.
