Page 4 introduces the income statement.
In the period ended May 2018, operating revenue was ¥13,327 million, operating profit was ¥7,471 million, profit was ¥6,610 million and distributions per unit were ¥9,462.
We achieved increases in both revenue and profit owing to new contribution of the three properties acquired at the beginning of the period in addition to consistently achieved internal growth.
