| |  |     Next I would like to refer to the trend in the aggregate appraisal value of our portfolio and NAV per unit.
The aggregate appraisal value at the end of the period ended November 2018 stood at ¥511,687 million in total 42 properties, increased by ¥6.7 billion from the previous period.
NAV per unit at the end of the period ended November 2018 recorded ¥437,702, increased by ¥10,991 from the end of the previous period.
