Next is the forecasts for the period ending May 2019.
Please refer to the top left table 1.
For the period ending May 2019, operating revenue, operating profit, profit and DPU are expected to be ¥14,771 million, ¥8,582 million, ¥7,618 million and ¥9,878, respectively.
Profit is forecasted to significantly increase from the previous period thanks to new operation of the three properties acquired in the 6th PO and disposition of A-FLAG AKASAKA which will record gain of sale, which will absorb seasonal decrease in sales-linked rent at hotels.
