| |  Next, I would like to refer to our continuous effort for ESG. With respect to effort to sustainability, API has awarded for two consecutive years “Sector Leader” in Asia in the GRESB Real Estate Assessment and also obtained the highest grade of “5 stars” in the GRESB Rating.
ESG has been capturing strong attention in recent years and API has participated the GRESB survey since 2013 soon after our IPO. In addition, 24 properties, over half of portfolio are awarded external certifications such as GRESB Real Estate Assessment, CASBEE for Real Estate, DBJ Green Building Certification and BELS.
Next, the right side of the page refers to API’s governance structure. We have established a pioneering governance structure by introducing a DPU-linked fee structure from the listing in June 2012, which enhances incentive for Asset Manager to maximize unitholder’s value.
Further, in the three years since the last participation, the Sponsor made same-boat investment in the 6th PO and following this, the Sponsor owns 9.0% or approximately ¥30 billion. This same-boat investment secures the elimination of conflict of interest and also proves the strong support from the Sponsor.
