Since the IPO in June 2012, we have progressed investment with rigorous consideration of location and quality with maintaining around 80% of focused investment ratio. The latest AUM after the 6th PO has reached to ¥502 billion with 48.7% of retail properties and 51.3% of office properties. We aim at further continuous expansion of our portfolio promising growth in unitholder’s value, with fully utilizing the sourcing both from Sponsor Group and Asset Manager.
Following the latest PO, we have secured a sufficient acquisition capacity of ¥44.5 billion for potential flexible acquisition.
