In A-FLAG SHIBUYA, GU, a popular apparel brand will newly open its flagship store in March 15, 2019.
It decided to tenant our property because of the unique location of the property in "Shibuya Center street" where there is heavy foot traffic and many redevelopment projects scheduled in surrounding area, which provides high attractiveness to customers in long term periods.
In A-FLAG BIJUTSUKAN DORI, Puegeot Citroën Japon opened its flagship store and in EDGE Shinsaibashi, NOVEL, a wedding facility operated by DD Holdings Group, a restaurant, was opened.
Further, in A-PLACE Shinbashi Ekimae, Tokyu Land Corporation, the Sponsor opened Business Airport, membership shared workspace and TC Forum opened AP Shinbashi, rental convention rooms.
These successful leasings are the results of different leasing approaches in addition to location priority advantage and we will continue to attract tenants.
