API conducted 6th global offering in December 2018 and raised ¥31.3 billion. Through this PO, we acquired two retail properties, Tokyu Plaza Ginza (land) and Q plaza HARAJUKU and one office property, EDGE Shinsaibashi for a total of ¥70.5 billion.
Despite a severe market condition with increasing volatility, after 7 business days of the longest roadshows ever, the issue successfully received demand of ¥239.4 billion, approximately 8.2 times of the offer size.
