For the period ended May 2019, operating revenue was ¥14,843 million, profit was ¥7,725 million and distributions per unit were ¥10,017.
We achieved increases in both revenue and profit from the results of the previous period owing to new contribution of the three properties acquired in January 2019 and disposition of A-FLAG AKASAKA.
Compared to the previous forecasts of the period also, we achieved increases in both revenue and profit owning to consistently achieved internal growth and decrease in interest cost.
