As to the balance sheet, total assets at the end of the 15th period were ¥514.3 billion, with total liabilities of ¥258.2 billion and total net assets of ¥256.0 billion.
As shown in the right side of the page, NAV stood at ¥451,012, owning to increase in unrealized gain as shown in the bottom and increase in net assets through PO.
Unrealized gain grew to ¥91.7 billion, up ¥10 billion as a result of increase in appraisal value owning to decrease in cap rate and improved NOI.
