We have seen continually steady external growth since the IPO, with the asset size of our properties grew to 39 properties and an AUM of ¥407.9 billion at the end of the 11th period. The ratio of "Urban Retail Properties" and "Tokyo Office Properties", our two focused investment categories, is 81%.
