First, let’s take a look at the income statement.
Please refer to Table 1 on the left side. In the 11th period, operating revenue was ¥12,107 million, operating income was ¥6,980 million, and net income was ¥6,151 million. Distributions per unit were ¥9,248.
We achieved a substantial increase in both revenue and income owing to the full contribution of the three properties acquired during the previous period and the new contribution of the five new properties acquired during the 11th period, in addition to steady internal growth.
