Here I would like to explain our activities to enhance sustainability.
In the GRESB Real Estate Assessment, for the first time ever, we were selected as a Sector Leader in Asia in September 2017.
Also, we acquired BELS certification on four additional properties in November 2017.
Equally for "CASBEE Certification" and "DBJ Green Building Certification", we acquire on a continuous basis. We will make further efforts to take environmental measures and fulfill corporate social responsibility.

On the right side, our policy on governance structure is explained.
We have implemented thorough measures to secure objectivity and prevent conflicts of interest for the purpose of the protection of our unitholders’ interest, such as requirement of approval in unanimous vote of all members in the investment committee including outside experts when any real estate will be acquired.

Moreover, we have adopted a pioneering management fee structure which is partly linked to DPU value, and this is the first example in J-REITs.
