The page 5 introduces the statement of income.
Please refer to Table 1 in the upper left. In the 12th period, operating revenue was ¥12,720 million, operating profit was ¥7,074 million, profit was ¥6,217 million, and DPU were ¥9,346.
We achieved an increase in both revenue and income compared to the previous period results and the forecast of the 12th period, owing to steady internal growth in addition to the full operation of the five properties acquired during the 11th period.
