This page shows the statement of income for the 7th fiscal period.
Please look at the top left table No.1. The result of the 7th fiscal period is ¥9,120 million for operating revenue, ¥5,199 million for operating income, ¥4,582 for net income and ¥16,535 for DPU.
Compared to the 6th period, revenue and income increased by contribution of three properties acquired through the second public offering as well as contribution from increased revenue of sales-linked rent in Urban Retail Properties.
