Total asset is ¥297.5 billion, with total liabilities of ¥142.1 billion, and unitholders’ equity of ¥155.4 billion at the end of the 7th period.
The main factor of the change is due to property-acquisition through the second public offering.
Unrealized gain of our portfolio on appraisal value basis has increased by ¥8.1 billion compared to the previous period to approximately ¥30.8 billion.
