I would like to explain our forecast for the 8th period.
We expect ¥9,633 million of operating revenue, ¥5,399 million of operating income, ¥4,765 million of net income, and ¥17,195 of DPU for the 8th period.
Revenue and income are expected to increase from the previous period and our previous forecast due to contribution of three properties acquired at the second public offering in 2014, leasing-up of OSAKI WIZTOWER, increase in sales linked revenues in Urban Retail Properties and approximately ¥200 million for profit of disposition of icot Kongo.
