This page shows management of retail properties.

Our retail properties have an outstanding stability.
As shown in the graph, this characteristic is supported by two aspects, occupancy rate and lease term as an operational aspect and high ratio of fixed rent as a rent aspect.

Some attractive tenants in Urban Retail properties are introduced in bottom.
All of these tenants are one-and-only and have high name-value and customer drawing power.

Shown in right are examples of tenants’ flagship stores in our properties, such as Tommy Hilfiger and The SHEL’TTER TOKYO in Tokyu Plaza Omotesando Harajuku, GU in A-FLAG SHIBUYA and Louis Viitton Kobe La Maison in Kobe Kyu Kyoryuchi 25Bankan.

As API has pursued locations and quality based on a principle of rigorous selection, and as a result of such persistence, we believe our properties are selected from attractive tenants.
