| |  |     First, trends in sales in DECKS Tokyo Beach and Tokyu Plaza Omotesando Harajuku are explained.
For DECKS Tokyo Beach, backed by a favorable inbound condition, it recorded 111% Y-on-Y, with recording increase in every month.
For Tokyu Plaza Omotesando Harajuku, sales decreased to 95% Y-on-Y, partly due to the renovation held which will be explained later, but excluding the impact from the renovation, Y-on-Y sales has remained at the same level as in the previous year.
Seven years have passed since its opening, and the renovation was the largest scale since its opening with renewal of 15 shops. The target customers of the shops in the property are still 20’s and 30’s females, but in addition to apparel, merchandising and leasing strategy was also focused on cosmetics. And,we have achieved 7.5% rent increase in zones and diversification of tenants.
