With LTV recently hovered around 45%, LTV as of the end of May 2019 stood at 45.6%.
A capacity for acquisition at LTV 50% is ¥45.7 billion which secures room for flexible property acquisition.

From the period ended May 2017, we have lowered average interest rate along with maintaining average period remaining to maturity, and average interest rate and average period remaining to maturity based on recent estimation stand at 4.8 years and 0.57%, respectively.

Also fixed interest rate ratio and long-term borrowing ratio are both maintained at high ratio, at 91% and 96%, respectively. We believe our financial base is stable and solid.
