I would like to explain leasing for "OSAKI WIZTOWER".
We about to complete leasing-up within the rent assuarance period by the seller since the contract rate increased rapidly from 12% at the end of the 6th period to 95% at the end of the 7th period (approximately 7.5 floors). We could achieve increasing the average rent per tenant by 5.8% compared to our estimate at acquisition due to the selection of the high rent tenant.
In the 8th period, we will make efforts to conclude a contract for the remaining 0.5 floor.
