As we announced, we have decided strategic replacement of assets through selling "icot Kongo" as Other Property and acquiring "Frontier Ebisu" as Tokyo Office Properties in the 8th period.

As a result, the ratio of Tokyo Office Properties has increased, and the ratio of Tokyo Office and Urban Retail Properties, which are our primary investment targets, have reached 81% in total.
