As we explained, in the 3 years since IPO, we have acquired 13 properties with ¥120billion, including "Frontier Ebisu".
Among the acquired properties after IPO, ¥52.9 billion was from the third party, and ¥88.4 billion was from the Sponsor including warehousing.
We take advantage of the Sponsor support for not only acquisition but also disposition and co-ownership of the property.
By utilizing our own sourcing channels and elaborating methods, we aim to expand our portfolio capturing the opportunities.
