We listed in June 2012 with 18 properties and ¥170.4 billion.
In the 3years since the IPO, our AUM expanded to 288.1 billion, which is 1.7 times the asset value of our initial portfolio. We are aiming ¥400 billion of the asset size as target which we set at the time of IPO.
By taking advantage of acquisition from the continuous support of sponsor pipeline and the third party, we aim to expand our asset size with selective investments focusing on quality.
